We will work with you to select the right size and flavor cake for your needs.

We offer traditional cake flavors and designs, and specialty cake designs and flavors for all your special occasions.

Here is a list of our available cake flavors and different filling varieties. If you would like a specific cake and filling variation not listed on here, please ask us to see if we can accommodate you.
 Some varieties are not available for wedding cakes.

Cassata Cakes:

Yellow cake layered with fresh strawberries and custard with whipped cream frosting. Strawberries can be substituted with raspberry, pineapple, cherry, blueberry, lemon, and apricot filling, bananas, mandarin oranges, peaches, and with cannoli cream & rum.

Raspberry Truffle:

Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, and raspberry filling.

Red Velvet Cake

With cream cheese filling.

Chocolate P/B Fudge:

Chocolate Cake, chocolate- peanut butter mousse, and fudge icing.

Chocolate Cannoli:

Chocolate cake, cannoli filling, and whipped cream icing.

Lemon-Lemon Mousse:

Yellow cake, lemon mousse, lemon filling, and whipped cream icing.

Raspberry White Chocolate:

White Cake, white chocolate mousse, raspberry filling, and whipped cream icing.

Chocolate Raspberry Cappuccino:

Chocolate cake, cappuccino mousse, raspberry filling, and whipped cream icing.

Banana Caramel:

Chocolate cake, caramel mousse, fresh bananas, and whipped cream icing.

Banana Coconut:

Yellow cake, coconut mousse, fresh bananas, and whipped cream icing.

Caramel Fudge Cake:

Chocolate cake, caramel mousse, and fudge icing.

Mint Chocolate:

Chocolate cake, layer of fudge, mint mousse, and whipped cream icing.

Pina Colada Cake:

Yellow cake drizzled with rum, pineapple-coconut custard, and whipped cream icing.

Mandarin Orange Cake:

White cake soaked with Grand Marnier, mandarin mousse, and whipped cream icing.

Mocha Cake:

Chocolate soaked with Kahlua, chocolate mousse, and whipped cream icing.

Lemon  Cream Cheese:

Yellow cake, lemon filling, cream cheese filling, and whipped cream icing.

Dulce De Leche:

Four layers of yellow cake, soaked with three kinds of milks (whole, sweetened condensed, and evaporated), caramel mousse,  and whipped cream icing.

Raspberry Champagne:

White cake soaked with champagne, raspberry filling, raspberry mousse, and whipped cream icing.

Bailey's Cake:

Chocolate cake soaked with Bailey's Liqueur, Bailey's Mousse, and whipped cream icing.

Tre Leches Cakes:

Yellow caked soaked with three kinds of milks (whole, sweetened condensed, and evaporated), and whipped cream icing.

Italian Torte:

Four layers of yellow cake soaked with rum, chocolate-vanilla pudding, and whipped cream icing.

Santa Lorenzo Torte:

Four layers of yellow cake, Amaretto raspberry filling, raspberry mousse, and whipped cream icing.

Black Forest Torte:

Four layers of chocolate cake soaked in cherry liqueur, chocolate mousse, cherry filling, and whipped cream icing.

Mousse Fillings:

Chocolate, Vanilla, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, Mandarin Orange, Peach, Cookies & Cream, Pistachio, Cotton Candy, Cappuccino, Amaretto, Lemon, Coconut, Mint, Caramel, Peanut Butter Fudge, Tiramisu, and more!

Liqueur Flavors:

Rum, Amaretto, Grand Marnier, Cherry Brandy, Sambuca, Jägermeister, and more!

Frostings/Icings:

Vanilla Butter Cream, Whipped Cream (not available for wedding cakes), Chocolate fudge, and German Chocolate.

Edible Images

We offer special edible images to put on-top of your occasion cakes. We're able to scan your favorite picture and reproduce it on an edible image. Don't want a picture? We can produce your favorite cartoon image as well! You can either bring in a picture or email us your image. Call or stop in to arrange this with us.

Signature Cakes

At Colozza's Bakery, we specialize in making unique cakes for our customers. We display some of our signature specialty cakes in our store. If you have some special in mind, bring in a picture of your cake idea and we can work to reproduce it!
